We provide wheelchairs, escorts through security, and help with hearing or vision needs. Request assistance at least 48 hours before departure through your airline for the best service.
At the airport
- Report to the assistance desk or agreed meeting point
- Own wheelchair: tagged at check-in; battery types must comply with IATA rules
- Service dogs: advance notice and documentation required
